// COLLABORATIONS

WORK WITH ME.

Occasionally I collaborate with founders and product teams designing systems for the AI-native era.

Product architecture, AI workflows, and modern web systems.

I only take on a small number of collaborations each year.

01. HOW I CAN HELP

// SERVICES

AI systems audit

For teams experimenting with AI who want structure around how things are built and operated. Many organisations are layering AI tools onto existing processes. That often creates more complexity than leverage. An audit looks at how your systems actually work.

Typical areas

  • *AI tool stack and workflows
  • *prompt and context structure
  • *governance and risk considerations
  • *automation and orchestration opportunities
  • *operational gaps

Outcome

A structured report outlining observations, risks, and practical improvements.

Typical engagement

1–2 weeks

AI-native website rebuild

For founders who want a modern site built on a clean system. Many websites grow organically and become slow to update, difficult to maintain, and disconnected from automation or AI workflows. I help rebuild sites around a simple, modern architecture.

Typical focus

  • *design system and layout structure
  • *modern frameworks and performance
  • *content architecture
  • *SEO fundamentals
  • *automation integrations

The goal

Not just a nicer website. It’s a system that is easier to evolve.

Typical engagement

Project based

Systems strategy session

A focused session to think through product or AI system design. Sometimes you just need a structured conversation with someone who understands product, architecture and AI tooling.

Sessions usually explore

  • *AI product ideas
  • *automation workflows
  • *product architecture
  • *system trade-offs
  • *implementation direction

Outcome

You’ll leave with clear notes, recommendations and next steps.

Typical engagement

~90 minutes

02. HOW ENGAGEMENTS WORK

// PROCESS

I keep engagements deliberately simple. Most work starts with a short conversation to understand the problem and whether I’m the right person to help. From there we normally choose one of three approaches.

01

Explore

A single strategy session to explore a problem or idea.

02

Audit

A short structured review of an existing system.

03

Build

A focused project such as a website rebuild.

If something sits outside those areas, I’ll usually point you in the right direction.

03. WHO I TEND TO WORK WITH

// FIT

Best fit tends to be:

  • *

    founders building digital products

  • *

    product leaders exploring AI systems

  • *

    small teams experimenting with automation

  • *

    builders who value structured thinking

Most of my background is in enterprise product environments, so I’m comfortable with complex systems.

But I tend to work best with smaller teams that want to move quickly.

04. RECENT EXPERIMENTS

// PROJECTS

Most of my thinking comes from things I’m actively building. A few examples:

  • Governance Foundry — structured governance systems for AI builders

  • Agent workflows and orchestration experiments

  • AI-native product tooling and design systems

05. A QUICK NOTE

// TRANSPARENCY

For most of my career I’ve worked inside enterprise product teams rather than as an external consultant.

This page exists because people occasionally reach out after reading my writing or seeing projects I’ve built.

If I can help, great. If not, I’m always happy to point people in the right direction.

06. GETTING IN TOUCH

// CONTACT

If you think I might be able to help, feel free to reach out. There’s no pressure — a quick conversation is usually the easiest place to start.
